**SHIPPING POLICY** *You are welcome to pick up your item at our location *Shipping prices for ground apply only to with in 48 U.S. CONTINENTAL states, Anywhere else is considered international shipping and will have an international postage fees. ADDRESS IF THE PART IS A LARGER ITEM. *Process time for shipping is same or 1 business day. *Any international customs fees must be paid by customer. *Please note that we will only ship to the same billing address that payment is made from, if buyer want shipment shipped to different address buyer must add it in shipping instruction on eBay and PayPal notes. *To pass our shipping savings onto you, we may alternate between UPS or USPS depending on which is cheaper and/or faster. Please be advised on oversize items: *Oversized items like bumpers, doors, door panels, hoods, trunk lids and other similar items MAY be shipped via Greyhound Bus Lines or by Freight shipping. After you purchase such an item, you have to immediately provide us with your full name, phone number and the closest bus station near you, where you will be willing to travel and pick up your item. Freight Shipping *Heavy Items like Engines, Transmissions, Interiors, and all palletized items will be shipped via Freight Shipment. All freight shipping will be shipped to business address with loading dock or forklift available at the destination only, if buyer requests shipping to residential area then extra shipping cost will apply on shipping and lift gate option from freight company.
**RETURNS**
All returns must be made within 14 days of customer receiving their part, AND WE ONLY ACCEPT BACK DEFECTIVE ITEMS, IF YOU ORDERED THE WRONG PART YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING FEE'S AND THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST'S WE INCURRED WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. We test our parts before selling them. Just because the part you purchase does not fix your problem does not mean our part is defective, you could have diagnosed the problem with your car incorrectly, and we cannot be responsible for shipping charges because of something that was not our fault. Please, do not buy just to check and diagnose your vehicles problem. *Please ask us questions prior to bidding and verify the fitment in for your application with your local dealer or an independent source! *Customers are fully responsible for the shipping cost on all returns. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless it was a mistake on our part, or the item is defective within the warranty period. Most of our items are offered with free shipping, meaning shipping has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order. You will be refunded the purchase price LESS our shipping costs as soon as item is returned to us. . All electronics are tested before removed from vehicle. If not functional, we will NOT sell. If defected we will state in description that the item is defected and is sold for parts only. Please ask us before purchasing. *We are not liable to pay for any labor fees associated with the installation or removal of any parts we sell. If you purchase an item and pick it up in person from our location and decide to return it, there will be a 10% restocking fee. That fee only applies to items picked up at our location.
If one of our warranty seal, paint marks on bolts is broken or been tempered with there will be no returns or refunds on our items, buyer will be responsible for seller to ship the item back to seller if item received from seller not in same condition or with broken or tempered marking on the item. Buying this item buyer agreeing to terms and condition on return policy and policy provided in description. *If in description says no returns or refunds then buyer agrees that what buyer gets cannot be returned or any refunds will be issued on any circumstances.
**WARRANTY**
30 day warranty is given on all parts unless otherwise noted, all parts that we sell come from used vehicles. IN ORDER FOR THE WARRANTY TO BE VALID ON ENGINES, TRANSMISSIONS, TRANSFER CASE, REAR END ASSEMBLY, AND ALL OTHER DRIVE TRAIN PARTS, IT MUST BE INSTALLED BY A FULLY LICENSED AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR SHOP, WE WILL REQUIRE PROOF FROM THE AUTO REPAIR FACILITY THAT THE DRIVE TRAIN PART WAS DEFECTIVE, EITHER BY A VERBAL PHONE CALL, OR BY A WRITTEN LETTER WITH THEIR LETTERHEAD. IF THIS IS NOT PROVIDED, THEN THE WARRANTY WILL BE DEEMED VOIDED. Warranty on engines covers the block and heads only, everything extra that comes with the engine is considered a bonus to you, sensors, intakes, valve covers etc are not covered under the warranty. The customer must verify that the item will fit the said vehicle. Item may show signs of wear, light scuffs, scratches or other imperfections as a result of this being a used part.
