The hat is a one size fits all size hat. It is made in China. The hat I believe is made out of cotton. The bill is made of a hard plastic and rimmed with fabric. The bill measures 3 inches out at the widest part. It appears to be in good condition with no rips or stains. It is very clean. The styrofoam head is not included in the purchase, it is the hat only.
