Orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day of receipt of cleared payments. 

Orders placed after 1 pm will be shipped the following working day (cleared payments). 

We ship Monday through to Saturday excluding Bank holidays. Orders placed and Sunday will be shipped Monday. 

All our products are in stock and ready to be shipped. You will be emailed confirmation that your order has been dispatched. Our address labels are created automatically based on the address which you enter upon your order.

Standard Delivery - Orders are dispatched by Tracked Delivery and most items do not require a signature. Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery. 

International

International delivery for most European countries, please check the postage and payments tab on the item listing. Please allow the following time frames for delivery: 

Europe: 4 - 6 working days 

Rest of World: 5 - 20 working days

For taxes and fees on orders sent outside of the EU. Please contact your local customs office for details of any possible charges prior to placing your order. Sales taxes and VAT on orders dispatched within the European Union (EU) are pre-paid by us.

If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please open a returns request through eBay. Please ensure the product is returned to us in the same condition it was received within 30 days of your order date. 

For reasons of hygiene & safety, we cannot refund or exchange any grooming products or cosmetics that have been removed from the original wrapping (or show any signs of having been used) unless they are faulty. 

While you are in possession of any Product that you intend to return under this policy you shall ensure the following: 

- The item is kept in a reasonable condition 

- The item is un-used 

- Upon return you shall ensure that it is in the same condition as when you received it together with the original Product packaging. 

After you cancel your order and have returned the Product under this policy we will refund you the purchase price for the product, usually within two days of us receiving the returned Product. Should the product not be in the condition it was supplied, you will be offered a partial refund. 

Please include a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the Product(s). 

If the item is faulty, please contact us with a description of the problem within 7 days of purchase and we will either send a replacement or offer a full refund. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. 

If your item is not called for, and returned to us, we will contact you and should you require the product to be re-sent we will request the suitable postage fee. Once payment is received, we will resend your item within 1 working day
