IBS Berliet GR 190 AVIS Truck - Made in France - Scale 1:43 - Die Cast Model!!!

Please see pictures and email with any questions.  This was part of an estate sale.  I don't know if the model was ever displayed.  The wheel moves and the front comes up.  There are some light scratches on the window/windshield and some small paint chips.  There is no box.
