Component Breakdown:

The Pot Still

- All tig welded still built with heavy 48 oz 16-gauge copper (no solder).  

- Pressure AND Vacuum Relief Valves installed for safety.

- Built on custom legs with adjustable feet allowing for a conical bottom that drains into 2" sanitary drain valve system with SS304 spool to discharge spent distillate. 

- Vapor Cone access port to clean and charge still while hard piped in.

- 1/2" NPT bung welded in to accept removeable Thermometer

-  5" to 2" SS304 conical reducer installed on top to seamlessly feed the vapor into the 2" piping.

- Custom Stainless-Steel badge made with your company logo tig welded on front.  Same but smaller badge on back with TBB serial number issued by Vengeance. 

The Piping

- All tig welded 2" copper piping throughout for fast vapor flow and tri clamps installed for easy assembly and breakdown.

- 2" sanitary tri clamp butterfly valves installed throughout to allow total control of vapor flow

- Vapor can be routed through Column for high proof Shine and Vodka OR thumper for lower proof Shine or Whiskey OR through Column and Thumper for near Neutral Grain Spirits.

The Column

- All tig welded 3-Plated Column with bubble plates and sight glasses 

-Dephlegmator installed on top of column to allow user to add more reflux when desired, comes with inlet/outlets (installed on back) to circulate water.

- 1/2" NPT bung welded in at the top of the column to accept removeable Thermometer

The Thumper

- All tig welded 5-gallon thumper

- 3/4" T-Handle Drain valve welded in on back to drain

- 5" EZ Clamp Tri Clamp Fruit / Clean-out port installed on top.  Allows user to easily clean unit and add fruits/flavorings to enhance distillate.

The Condenser

- All tig welded super-efficient 5" Shotgun Condenser.

- 1/2" NPT bung welded in at the top of the condenser to accept removeable Thermometer

- User choice of desired inlet/outlets to circulate water (NPT, GHT or name what you want).

- Proofing Parrot installed coming off condenser to measure proof in real time.

The Table

- All tig welded SS304 built table with adjustable legs / castors if desired.

- Logo CNC cutout with copper background to reveal company logo etc.
