Shipping
- Please allow up to 3 business days for your item to leave our facility after payment has cleared.
- Tracking number will be updated in eBay once items have shipped.
- We only ship internationally through the eBay Global Shipping Program. We do not accept third party shipping labels.
- We offer combined shipping so long as we can guarantee the items will ship safely. Auctions should end 3 days of each other to be eligible for combined shipping.
- We ONLY ship internationally via the eBay Global Shipping Program. We cannot accept payment from Singapore due to PayPal regulations regarding foreign charity donations.
- APO & PO Box addresses will require USPS shipments, as Fed Ex ground will not deliver. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box address, a physical address is required.
Local Pick-Up
- Pickups at this location are only available Tuesday-Friday 10 am-2:30 pm.
- Pick up appointments must be confirmed before coming to our facility.
- A personal ID must be presented when picking up items.
- We do not accept same day pick-ups under any circumstances.
- We are unable to take payment at our warehouse location, payment must be made prior to pick-up via PayPal.
