These ducts are 3D/FDM printed in black ASA material, which is equivalent to ABS but has the advantage of being UV resistant. Both styles of duct are designed to fit a BMW E36 'sport' front bumper as pictured, normally fitted to 'M3' or 'M Sport' models.
They are sold in pairs or individually, as pictured in this listing, with the surface finish shown. No bumper is included. Due to the 3D/FDM printing process, there could be slight surface imperfections across the ducts, and a visible seam. This does not affect the performance of the duct, as they are purely designed for function, not finish. Unfortunately the 3D/FRM printing process cannot be compared to injection/blow molding or vacuum forming for finish. It is entirely possible to sand, high build prime and paint these ducts if you have the facility to do so.
The Inner Brake Ducts drop in to the bumper from the front side. They require some adhesive (ideally silicone based) to secure them in place.
The Fog Light Ducts drop in to the bumper from the front side. Ensure they are dropped in at an angle, outside edge first, which will allow the rest of the duct to fully drop in. They require some adhesive (ideally silicone based) to secure them in place on the two flats where the standard fog light would mount. As shown in the pictures, they are angled inwards by 10 degrees to aid with wheel clearance in some situations.
There should be no trimming of the bumper required, but every bumper can differ slightly so please be aware. Ducting can then be attached to the back, and routed wherever you require (brakes, alternator, airbox, etc).
