Service included in this price:
capacitors' replacement, PCB clean and repair,
main motors' replacement, including MABUCHI RF410 for SONY D303/35/66/515, RF300C for D555/D9/D99/D33
LCD screen repair for D88 lacks of some segments,
circuit adjustment and repair,
mechanical maintenance and lubrication.
Laser heads service:
1: Laser heads' replacement, including SONY KSS167/220/221 and SANYO SF89S will charge extra $60.
2: Some laser heads cannot be found, we'll re-build the laser by new laser diodes and perform precise alignment like PHILIPS AZ6808/19/26 and TOSHIBA P20/21/22. For this item, we'll charge $120 extra.
3: Dead BP2, BP2EX, BP100 and BP200 are repairable. BP2/BP2EX are modified by 3.7V1000mA Li-Ion cell. $69 each. BP100/200: 7.4V2200mAh Li-ion cell, $120 each.
7.4V2800mAh: $160 each, BP200: 7.4V4000mAh $180 each.
BP5 for D35, we will perform BP5 Li-Ion cell upgrade; D35 charging circuit upgrade as well: $100 each.
For common issues, repair will last around 7 days.
We also provide warranty of 3 months for our service.
Procedure:
1: CD players' owner contacts us by E-mail, note situation of each broken CD player and contact information,
2: Get approximated quotation and our address, send players to our address,
3: We receive package and begin repair,
4: CD players' owner finishes payment by PAYPAL,
5: We ship items to owner's address.
6: We provide 3-months warranty.
