Here is a big heavy 6 volt lamp with glass lens. 7" outside diameter of the housing makes me think it's from a truck, bus, or emergency vehicle.
It lights right up. The wire looks good. Single wire, so I assume single a filament bulb.
It has rust and aging as pictured. No heavy damage. Very solid condition.
The glass lens is nice. No cracks or chips.
Fasteners look original, but are rusty. I have not disassembled this. Soaking fasteners for a long time would be recommended before any disassembly, but you know that...
This assembly weighs just under 3 pounds. Hefty.
