 LED transformer can use LED strips or other LED lights - electricity as long as the load voltage matches the voltage of your transformer. The transformer is fully enclosed so it is safe to touch and can be installed in most locations. Transfer the transformer directly to a 240v supply or you can just wire a UK 3 pin plug to the transformer and plug a standard 3 pin socket.
