Item Quality -

NEW - If the item you purchased is advertised as NEW it should be NEW as advertised in perfect working order.

USED - Used items are inspected for serviceability to ensure the item you receive is in good working order at the time of purchase. However, if the item is used it may show normal wear and tear as any used part would. If we miss something during the inspection process, it is an honest mistake, and we will make it right. Please review the pics closely as we try to point out any flaws in the pics. We are not in business to make a buck by falsely advertising our products…we pride ourselves on return business and long term satisfied customers.
