Easy To Use Salt and Pepper Grinder Set

Once your mill has been filled remove the dust cap from the bottom then depress the button on the top to start grinding. This simple operation means this salt and pepper mill set is ideal for anyone who has limited dexterity in their hands whether they are young or old.
Each mill is 23cm high and 5.5cm in diameter to provide plenty of room for you to fill it with your favourite seasoning, be that black peppercorns, rock salt or even chilli flakes. Salt and Pepper Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
8 Chicken Thighs All Skin Removed
½ Red Pepper Chopped
3 Spring Onions Finely Chopped, ½ Onion Finely Chopped
½ Chilli Finely Chopped, Cooking Oil Spray
For the Spice Mix
Sea Salt Flakes
1 Tbsp Granulated Sweetener
½ Tbsp Chinese 5 Spice
1 Pinch Chilli Flakes
1 Tsp Ground White Pepper
Method
Make the spice mix by toasting the salt flakes in a hot pan until they start to brown, then mix in a separate bowl with the other spice mix ingredients.
Sprinkle the chicken thighs with a couple of teaspoons of the spice mix. Place them on a baking tray and cook for around 30 minutes at 190C.
When the chicken has cooked, heat up a wok that has been sprayed with some cooking oil.
Add the onions, chilli and peppers and brown them off before adding the chicken thighs.
Add the spice mix a little at a time, tasting so you know when it is hot enough for you.
Cook through for another 3-4 minutes then serve.
