Large Non-Stick Hot Plate
The cooking surface of the grill's hot plate is a fantastic 42cm x 30cm, giving you plenty of room for everyone to get grilling. It is non-stick and features griddle lines to drain away excess fat and give that healthy chargrilled finish. There is a smooth section to one end which is perfect for searing meat to seal in the flavour and for cooking foods that you wouldn't normally place on the grill. The hot plate is removable and easy to clean.
