Antique Brass Chandelier with 12 lights on 2-tier 12 scroll arm chandeliers with ball design. At the bottom is an open brass ring. The bottom large brass ball is very heavy.

The chandelier was purchased by my husband in the 60's when he was stationed in Europe with the USAF. He purchased it from the Edinburgh Museum in Scotland, who had purchased it from a museum in Amsterdam, when they were sizing things out to make room for new items. I have had it rewired in 2000 and had it  cleaned and lacquered so I didn't need to polish it any longer. It has hung in several of our homes since then, the last time being in 2013, but mostly it has been in a wooden crate and takes up room. I am not going to hang it again, therefore it is time to sell it. The pictures shown are from a couple of previous homes in his library and on a pillow where it sat prior to me putting it in a box. I was thinking of hanging it so I removed it from the crate. But I've changed my mind.

It measures about 34" high and is about 28" in diameter. Several years ago I went to New Orleans to Manheims and saw a chandelier almost like this one, but larger and not near as pretty as mine and it had a whopping price tag on it.

Shipping will be at your expense and the method to ship will be of your choice. Otherwise it is pick in Lindale, Tx. I estimate to have another crate made for it would be about $50 as that is what I have paid in the past for several chandelier crates. Once the chandelier leaves my home, I will no longer be responsible for it. You will need to insure it in your name to ship it so that you can complete the claim form and collect the funds if there is damage.

I accept PayPal within 24 hours of winning the bid. Thanks for shopping with me. I have now moved to Texas to a much smaller home am still sizing down and will have many more antiques and finer items to list. Check out my other listings that I will be putting on periodically and at this time as well.
