Used briefly with the allocated data bundle and never topped up.  SIM card has long since been deactivated and will need replacing (it's not included in the sale anyway - the photographs of the SIM card are just to show you how and where it fits in the pull-out tray at the USB plug end).

Complete with USB-A plug to USB-A socket extension lead if you need to position the dongle off the computer in a location that improves reception.

It's only 3G (HSDPA, max. possible speed 7.2Mbps) - not 4G or 5G.

Assumed locked to Vodafone (I've never tried a SIM from another provider) but you may know better.  I've no idea how you'd unlock this device to all networks if it is locked, so it's really only an option for you if you are using a Vodafone data-only SIM.
