I cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized or custom products unless they arrive defective or damaged. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please allow 2-5 business days for your custom order to process before we ship. We ship every business day (Monday-Friday.) Please check the USPS website for their most current delivery times. Typical US delivery times are 3-5 business days for 1st Class. The delivery times during the pandemic are not typical; we have seen packages cross the US in 2 days, while others took a month.
