Handy Hints & Safety Information
Please read the manual fully prior to use.
Ensure the machine has been switched off completely before touching or changing cutting blades. It is best to unplug the machine for these tasks.
When creating very thin slices it can help to spray the blade with a little water to help prevent sticking.
Food will slice better when cold, but don’t try and cut frozen foods!
Relax - the cutter works better if you’re not applying too much pressure.
Don’t put any part of the machine in the dishwasher. You can clean the blades and other parts with a soft, damp, hot cloth.
