- Change of mind? No worries. 30 days to return your purchase. Buyer pays return postage. Clock and packaging must be in their original, brand new condition. Please contact us first.
- At least 12 months warranty on all products - check the product page for exact warranty period. We pay for postage back to us on any faults for testing and replacement.
- If your order arrives damaged, no worries! Please take some clear photos of the damage immediately and send them to us via ebay. We'll take it from there and organise an exchange with a perfect new clock.
One thing we ask of our customers with all clocks is to use a brand new set of good quality alkaline batteries such as Duracell or Energizer from a brand new pack - not a pack laying in the cupboard for 12 years, you know the ones ;) Please do not use rechargeable or lithium batteries as they run on a lower voltage and are not strong enough. The wrong or bad batteries can be the cause of many erratic behaviours. Also double check the batteries are inserted facing the correct way.
