THIS IS MARKED PARAMOUNT RUBBER COMPANY. THERE IS A TAG IN THE CAP LINER THAT I HAVE TAKEN CLOSE UP PHOTOS OF BUT I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT THE HISTORY IS ON THIS. NOT SURE WHY IT IS PAINTED GREEN. PERHAPS IT HAD SOME MILITARY USE AT ONE TIME? IT COULD BE USED AS A MOVIE OR STAGE PROP. KINDA LOOKS LIKE A WWI HELMET. I BELIEVE IT IS FIBERGLASS. IT IS ABOUT 12" LONG X 10 1/2" WIDE AND WEIGHS ABOUT 14 OUNCES. SORRY I DON'T HAVE MORE INFORMATION ON THIS HELMET LINER. IT DOES NOT HAVE ANY STRAPS.
