Audi / VW / Skoda /Seat / Dodge / Jeep 2.0 TDI, CRD, Balance shaft delete kit

This kit deletes the original balance shaft modual

Suitable for 2004-2015.

For transverse  transverse engines - Passat, Golf, A3 etc.

For longitudinal engines - A4, A6 etc.

We need to know your make, year, and model when ordering please.

The oil pump conversion for the 2.0 TDI CRD, allows you to aboloish the failure prone balance shafts. The conversion is a complex installation and should only be performed by experienced mechanics / technicians.  

Tools Required 

Basic hand tools are needed to complete the installation. Including but not limited to -  metric allan key sockets, metric sockets, ratchets, torx sockets and a torx wrench. A three jaw puller may also be needed.

Our delete kit includes -

1. Oil pump pickup tube
2. Oil pump
3. Oil pump chain
4. Oil pan baffle
5. Chain tensioner
6. Oil pickup tube `O` ring
7. Oil pickup tube bolts [x2 short]
8. Oil pump mounting bolts [x3 long]
9. Crankshaft sprocket
10. Crankshaft pulley bolt
11. Crankshaft Oil Seal
12. 10mm Tap, Drill & Plug kit

Suitable for Audi / VW / Skoda / Seat 2.0 TDI, CRD  Diesel Engines.
