SabreCut Dura-Disc Long Life Metal Cutting Diamond Disc

The SabreCut Dura-Disc is a long life vacuum brazed diamond disc that can cut through the toughest of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Suitable for Metals such as Mild Steel, Aluminium, Copper, Auto Body Panels, Cast Iron, Roofing Sheet, Metal Cladding, Ducting and more.

Please Note: This blade is not suitable for Thick Metal Section.

How To Use Vacuum Brazed Diamond Blades

- Make certain the blade is suitable for the material before cutting.
- Don't force the disk into the cut. Apply light pressure only. The weight of the machine is sufficient pressure.
- Keep the disk straight and avoid twisting it in the cutting slot to prevent it sticking and causing kickback.
- Cut using a slight pendulum motion, moving the cutting disc forwards and backwards on the workpiece.
- Always wear suitable PPE

HAND TIGHTEN ONLY, DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN. The rotation direction of the grinder will self tighten the SUPERLOK-MAX flange nut.
