As standard when you shop with us all of our items will include Tracking and Insurance for FREE. That means we will cover any additional charges in the event your item is Lost or Damaged. If your item arrives damaged we will require you to drop the item to an approved Australia post office, we will personally refund you the buyer but require the item dropped to an approved Australia post so we are able to activate the insurance.

  • Purchased- As soon as the item is purchased, it is shipped directly to you. 
  • Posted- The package is prepared and sent to the your address, indicated during the process of payment, in 1-2 days Monday to Friday (except weekends). For example, in case the order was made on Saturday or Sunday, the package will be sent on Monday/Tuesday. 
  • Tracking- When your item has been processed your item will receive an email with the tracking number of the package.
