Markers mark states on bottom:
"Meriden B. (Britannia) Company
with Justice Scales Hallmark in one circle and Quadruple (Silver) Plate in another with

63 U.S. (underneath)"

Dimensions: Approx. 3" X 2.5" and 2" tall, weighing 2.4 oz.
