Returns	We accept returns witin 30 days of receiving your order provided that it is returned in the original condition and packaging. Buyer has to infrom us before returning an item to get authorization. Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items back to us, also note any refund provided will be minus admin fees and postage cost for sending the item. When returning an unwanted product(s) back to us, please send a copy of the order with a brief note highlighting the reason for return.
Damages	We try our best to send all our goods in the most secure way to avoid any damages. However in the event of receiving damaged goods - all customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods and we will send you a replacement subject to availability. Also as part of our company policy please email us photo of the damaged item and also outline a brief message stating what area is damaged and what you would like to do to resolve the matter. When emailing regarding damages please put your name, address, contact telephone number and item number.
