DELIVERY:

We always dispatch goods on the same day if possible or within 1-2 working days of cleared payment. We reduce the cost of delivery and combine all items purchased in the store. Please contact me before 

We send shipments by courier or mail, depending on the price, time, and quality of service. We try to make the quality good.

If your item does not arrive we will not be able to deem it as missing unit 14 working days have passed from the date of dispatch. This is because Courier or Royal Mail will not class it as lost until then.

RETURNS:

We offer an indisputable return policy, please contact us before returning any item so we can advise you on the correct course of action.

All goods are new, if found to be defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. It is possible to replace a damaged item or a refund.

If the customer wants to return the goods, and the goods were purchased by mistake or change of mind, we only refund the money for the goods, the cost of delivery is not refundable.
