Up for sale is a high quality antique 19th century Eastlake gilt bronze door handle backplate.
The plate is made of very thick gold gilded bronze that has acquired a lovely patina from age.
The design is very ornate and done in high relief and has a hole in the center for the knob and mounting holes on the sides.
It's in great condition and measures 11 inches long by 3 inches wide.
