1930. Pastel on paper glued to canvas. 78 x 51 1/4" (200 x 185 cm).
Portrait of Marie-Therese as a young woman on a ladder symbolizing the rite
of passage of innocence. Pigeons and doves were also a favorite theme throughout
the master’s life. The rural setting is calm and pastel in color and manner.

Lithograph is printed on 13 x 16.75 inch paper and image size is
11 x 14.25. This is one of a Limited Edition printing of 300.
