Payment

We accept payment via PAYPAL ONLY.
The final price includes product price, shipping & handling. However, Import duties, Local taxes and any other importation fees are not included. Customs duty is obligation and liability of a citizen in your country, so buyer should be responsible for any tax and custom duty incurred.
We will charge 0.3GBP service fee if the buyer would like to cancel the order due to paypal new Transaction fee refund policy.

Delivery details

All the orders will be dispatched within 2 business day of payment verification.
Please notice that orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
We only ship items to your PayPal verified address. If you need to change your address or other order details, please leave us a note when you order. Once the order has been dispatched, all the details about the order cannot be changed.
The delivery time depends on the carrier and Transit time may vary, particularly on the holiday’s season; sometimes it will be a little delay due to the custom checking and the shipper's handling time. All the items will be dispatched by USPS or China Post or HK Post.We take responsibility for any damages or losses incurred in the shipping process.
Your item will ususally arrive within the estimated timeframe, however, pls note that there are certain circumstances that we unfortunately cannot control (i.e. weather condition, delay by postal office, local customs checking, etc)
The items will be shipped by "Speedpak". We also offer DHL, UPS, EMS, Fedex, TNT express shipping, in which you might need to pay extra shipping fee. If you need the Express shipping, contact us for detail fees before order.

Terms of sales

Each phone case is produced individually per your request. We are not able to resell such stock therefore we do not accept returns if you choose wrong model of the case or approve preview. Before to order, please check exactly what is your phone model. Please inspect preview carefully if you were sent one.
Returns for full refund or replacement are accepted within 30 days after the buyer receives the item (Excluding contrived damagement or misusage). & Returned item must be new & original condition without installation damage or marks. Otherwise, will not be qualified for exchange, no exception! Please contact us to get the correct return address and RMA number before any returns!
All products will be checked carefully before shipping. However, if any item is defective upon receipt, Please contact us for a solution immediately before return it back! Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We are not responsible if the buyer orderd the wrong model or offered a wrong shipping address. & We will charge a 20% restocking fee on returned items and reserve the right to charge the postage of the replacement.
