HOW DO I WASH MY BIONIC GLOVE? -Bionic gloves can be washed on a gentle cycle with a non-bleach detergent and air dried to clean and prolong lifespan. Refer to packaging for all care instructions.
ORDER STATUS -We begin processing your order as soon as it is received in our shipping facility during business hours. Once your item is packed you will receive a tracking number that will link into your order on your eBay account.
BIONIC WARRANTY -All Bionic gloves are covered against material defects or workmanship for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase. This warranty is only valid with original proof of purchase. Normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, negligence or alteration to the product will void the Bionic warranty.
RETURNS -Only unused items will be approved for return. Bionic will cover return shipping cost only when an incorrect item was sent. If an incorrect size was ordered the buyer will be responsible for shipping the item back for a refund. Once the item is returned a new order can be placed for the correct size.
