Therefore, Tetsuhiro has developed new method (powder metallurgy) which is hot metal with alloy components that is atomized then broken into small particles, which are then collected and hardened again. This eliminates the bias of materials. - Extremely sharp blade with smaller particles
It can be easily understood that the inner particles become smaller when atomized and made into tiny pieces than iron hardened by pouring into a large container. If you look inside the blade, you can see that small but very hard carbides (compounds of carbon, iron and alloy elements) are evenly spread out in a hardened base (martensite). This structure is very similar to concrete which is made by cement holding hard sand (gravel) inside. - Rust proof blade materials
