- Packages over $25.00 in value can take extra time to clear some countries customs offices. This is due to the extra process of collecting duties and taxes on certain items. Please understand your countries customs process and understand that this can increase the delivery time from what would normally take 2 to 3 weeks may take 5 to 6 weeks. Also during the Christmas season the delivery time’s increase due to the volume of freight going thru the countries customs offices.
