Here is a campaign pamphlet promoting the Jimmy Carter &Walter Mondale ticket in the 1976 Presidential Election.  

Wish I could say excellent, but Good Condition is probably most accurate.  Look at the Pictures carefully.  There are no bent corners, no folds marks in the wrong place and now human made marks or writing on it.  There is scuffing and color distortion.  Small tear on the crease of the middle fold.  I did not do anything to enhance the quality of the photos.
