All items are sent subject to free delivery and packaging, delivery is via 48hr courier service, the items are dispatched within 1 working day on all orders. Your item will be delivered securely wrapped in bubble wrap and enclosed safely inside sturdy packaging . All prices displayed are inclusive of postage.

Any item that is sold by QMR within a 30 day period that develops a manufacturer fault can be exchanged for a like for like replacement or refunded in FULL,we must be notified within this period which is from the delivery date of the item sold, delivery back to us should be paid for by the purchaser of the item and we advise any postage to be insured. All items must be returned with original paperwork must not of been tampered with or physically damaged .Any returns that are not faulty or where the buyer changes their mind must be returned within 30 days in full and undamaged whereby a full refund will be applied.
