Swiss Girard Perregaux vintage watch from the 1950's. The mechanical 17 Jewels movement works and keeps time well. Six times signed. References on movement(two times signed by GP) and case back( GP logo inside and ref. 19298 outside). Beautiful case design with fancy lugs, quite large, 45mm. Elegant original textured dial with non-numeric black enamel and gold hour marks. Original enamel and gold hands. Subsidiary seconds dial at 6. The plexiglass crystal and case are in very good condition, however the case has some very slight age marks. Original GP crown. Overall, this is a near mint to mint condition vintage watch.
Measurements: 36mm, 45mm including lugs, 38mm with Crown.
New 18mm leather strap (not the original).This elegant timepiece will make a fine addition to your collection.
