Ideal for Wheat Wine or as part of a wine recipe

As used in many Belgian recipes, adds better "grainy taste" than malted wheat and a whiter colour to the final product.

This is non gelatinised and therefore does not give such a good conversion (it's more difficult to mash) as malted wheat.
