Shipping is always FREE, and to most major countries (including the US, Canada and the majority of Europe), it normally takes 14-24 days for an order to reach its destination. This includes order preparation, packaging and processing. Exact delivery times will vary, but shipments rarely exceed 30 days.

Aren't products from China considered "cheap" and low quality?
There are certainly low quality products being produced in China, but many of the most trusted US companies and brands have production facilities in China. To ensure our products are of the highest quality, we've established strong relationships with some of the most reputable home decor suppliers and regularly visit to oversee production and quality control procedures.
Do you have a showroom where I can see your products in-person?
Unfortunately, as an Internet-only retailer we only sell online. This keeps our overhead low so we can pass on the savings to you :)
Do you accept custom orders?
YES! Many of the products we carry can be custom-made in various sizes or personalized with your own photos and designs. Please contact us for availability and pricing.
Do you offer rush delivery?
Unfortunately, expediting a shipment from our overseas warehouse is extremely expensive. In most cases, expedited delivery will cost more than the item itself. This is why we DON'T offer rush delivery as an option.
