GM Turbo 500mm x 1M *3 Second Press Time*

GM Turbo is a super-fast special heat transfer vinyl (HTV) and can be used on untreated nylon.

Excellent for intricate and small cuts / lettering.

With the exception of GM Turbo Gold Metallic and GM Turbo Silver Metallic and the Neon colours, our Turbo Press series can be pressed on top of each other.

Heat Press

If layering, press times will need to be slightly increased. Prior testing is recommended. Layering is not recommended with Gold Metallic, Silver Metallic & Neon colours in the turbo range.

130°C – 5 Seconds

150°C – 4 Seconds

160°C – 3 Seconds

For nylon, use a medium pressure at 150°C. Press on nylon for 5 Seconds, remove the clear carrier sheet, place cover sheet over vinyl and press for a further 10 seconds.

Domestic Iron

If using a domestic iron DO NOT use steam. Ensure the material is on a hard flat surface not an ironing board. Gently iron the area of application to remove any moisture or creases. With the iron set to the highest temperature, very firmly press the iron onto the cover sheet for 3 seconds. Carefully take off the cover sheet (is using one) and peel off the clear carrier sheet. Re-place the cover sheet over the vinyl and iron for 1 second increments until the transfer is fully pressed.

For nylon fabrics, reduce the heat to medium and increase the initial iron press time to 4 seconds. If when peeling the clear carrier sheet a part of the design hasn’t stuck, firmly repress that area for 2 seconds only (repeat in 1 second increments until the transfer is fully pressed if nessacary on any areas which are not fully applied).

Reminder! Leave for 24 hours before washing or using. Washable cotton or polycotton 60°C, nylon 40°C, low tumble dry and dry clean cotton & polycotton only.
