Here we have a custom made One off EDC Titanium Ti Tuning Fork Rotating Swivel that is anodized in Mother of Pearl Iridescent color showing hues of pink, purple and silver. This is an accessory that can be used on an existing Keychain or to make your own Keychain, Key Ring, Wallet Chain etc. Total Length: 1-15/16in/49.21mm.

The Titanium (Ti) Tuning Fork Rotating Swivel has been electro anodized with a power supply unit to obtain a certain color. The color may look slightly different depending on the computer you are viewing it with as well as viewing it in natural sunlight or electric lights.

***Just be aware that I have not tightened the M3 stainless screw that is attached to the brass pin which goes through the mouth opening of the titanium Tuning Fork. I didn’t tighten the screw in the event the buyer wanted to add an accessory onto the Tuning Fork. I have included a Hex wrench to tighten the M3 screw.

This is optional on your end if you want to add the Loctite Thread Locker Blue 242 which is designed for the locking and sealing of threaded fasteners, it secures nuts and bolts from accidental loosening. The Loctite Thread Locker Blue 242 can be purchased at any hardware store, Walmart, Target etc. Just put a small drop of the Loctite Blue on the tip of the treaded screw, then securely screw and tighten.

Most of my titanium pieces and brass hardware are custom made by me using either a Lathe Mill Drill Press combo machine or a CNC Machine. Each and every piece is physically/visually checked by me. My standards are high and any imperfections or defects goes to the file 13 bucket being the trash can🗑. Rest assured, you will be getting a high end precision custom piece hand made in the USA.

My number one choice of material was titanium (Ti) for the Tuning Fork Rotating Swivel. My decision to use titanium was based on these positive factors: Lightweight and strong - It has the highest strength-to-density ratio of any metallic element. It weighs almost the same as aluminum but is stronger than steel. Corrosion resistant - It is highly resistant to corrosion even in sea water and chlorine. WHAT IS TITANIUM? Titanium is a lustrous transition metal widely used by the aerospace industry due to its ability to withstand the harsh condition of outer space. It has also become popular with medical manufactures since it is completely non-toxic to the human body and can be safely implanted in the body.

The clevis brass pin that goes through the top of the Tuning Fork acts as a swivel which will allow your keys to rotate in a 360 degree rotation without binding or tying up. To put it simply, it's a coupling between two parts enabling one to revolve without turning the other.

The pins and washers are brass while the screws are stainless steel.

As with most of my keychains that I make, all of the materials used are corrosion resistant so it will last for a very long time.
