G-46: Santoku
The Santoku is a versatile kitchen knife that can be used for a wide range of purposes, including meat, vegetables and fish.
It is an all-purpose kitchen knife that combines the good points of traditional Japanese kitchen knives, the nakiri and the gyuto, and is also called a kamagata kitchen knife.
The G-46: Santoku is limited to overseas and some stores, and has been a very popular item since its release in 2004.
GS-3: Petty knife
The GS-3 has a moderate blade length of 13cm, which can be used as a petite knife or a small kitchen knife.
It is a very convenient knife that can be used not only for fine work such as peeling vegetables with food in hand, but also for small cutting work with food on the cutting board.
Some customers who cook at home say that the GS-3 is so easy to use that they can do almost everything with it. I do most of my cooking with just one GS-3.
