Mibuna Mustard Greens (みぶな, Brassica rapa Japonica, dento yasai) are spear-shaped, tall, rich green leaves in narrow clusters of about one foot tall originating from Mibu, Kyoto. A close relative of the Mizuna Mustard Green, this Japanese spinach equivalent is highly nutritious and a favorite to toss in stir-fries, salads, soups for a mild peppery flavor.
