The Summit multi-purpose foil backed foam mat is ideal for use in exercises such as Yoga or Pilates as the mat comfortably cushions spine, knee, hips and elbows on hard floors. This lightweight foam mat can also be used under sleeping bags for extra padding. It has a bottom insulated layer for enhanced thermal capabilities which ensures comfort, combined with convenience. Integral elasticated lops make it easy to store and transport.
