For your consideration is A Sony M-740 Microcassette Recorder , I Sold This New Sealed , Buyer Stated It Would Not Record And Returned, I Tested And It Will Turn The Tape But Will Not Record , Did Not Have A Tape With Anything On It To Tell If Maybe The Speaker Is What Is Not Working , Sold As Is For Parts Or Repair , Does Not Have The Wrist Strap , ,  ,,
