I believe some wheels are missing. These fit on a 90's vinyl slanted Barbie foot and fit onto a modern Barbie foot, but I do not believe the foot went all the way in. It is hard to tell how well these fit since there is not much give.

I am smoke and pet free and she was as well. The doll and stand are not included.
