Optimal: the chemical anchors in FIS HB cartridge and in FHB II-P / PF vial have the same performance when used with multi-cone bars FHB II-A S (short version) or L (long version). Then you can choose the cheapest solution based on the required requirements.

Versatile: The FIS HB cartridge chemical anchor is suitable for serial installations, while the FHB II-P / PF chemical anchor in vial is the most economical solution for few installations or submerged applications (except sea water).

HOW TO USE THE PRODUCT

The Highbond FHB II system is composed of vinylester based chemical anchors.

The FHB II system it's a chemical anchor with torque control expansion suitable for both pass-through and non-pass-through installations.
Resin and hardener are in two separate containers and are not mixed or activated until extrusion takes place through the mixer (chemical anchors in FIS HB cartridge) or installation of the multi-cone bar (chemical anchor in vial FHB II-P / PF).

• Before installing, clean the hole according to the indications given below.
• Extrude the chemical anchor in the cartridge without air bubbles starting from the bottom of the hole.
• The multi-cone bar can be installed both with the chemical anchor in FIS HB cartridge and in FHB II-P / PF vial. The chemical anchor fully adheres to the surface of the hole.
• When the bolt is tightened, the multi-cone bar is pulled into the resin shell, which expands against the surface of the hole.
• The styrene-free vinylester resin completely seals the hole.
• When using the FHB II-P / PF chemical anchor in vial, install the multi-cone rod with a rotary hammer drill. Use the RA-SDS mounting accessory, art. No. 62420.
