DESCRIPTION:  This is a RARE advertising plate manufactured for Sylvester S. Sheller, a prominent Duncannon coal and lumber merchant and business and civic leader in the early 20th century! This was a promotional item given to customers.  Gold coin band on both outside rim and inside rim. Made of china / porcelain. We discovered this item in Norfolk, Virginia. This will make a great centerpiece for your curio cabinet or china closet. A great addition to your restaurant ware, bridge, PRR or Pennsylvania memorabilia collection!  

CONDITION DETAILS: VERY GOOD. Minor loss of gold paint on rim coin band. No scratches, chips, cracks, stains, discoloration or other damage.
