This is a fabulously chic vintage 80s or 90s party dress by Zum Zum.
This will stand out at holiday parties! Lots of "wow" factor!
Marked a VINTAGE size 11-12, but MUCH SMALLER in modern sizes. It fits my size 4 dress form perfectly (dress form measures 34 - 25 - 34.5.)

Rich black velvet and dark forest green changeable taffeta (flashes from green to black.)
Off the shoulder, with stretchy ruched shoulder straps.
Ruched taffeta caps sleeves, with ruffled black lace at shoulder.
Sweetheart neckline, edged in taffeta piping.
Fitted black velvet bodice.
Dropped waist with contoured seam - higher in front.
Very full gathered swishy taffeta skirt.
Built-in black net petticoat, edged with wide scalloped edge lace ruffle, which peeks out below the hem. Top yoke of petticoat is taffeta.
Center back zip. Hook and eye.
69% acetate, 16% rayon, 15% nylon.
Made in the USA.
Ribbon hanger loops.
In remarkably pristine vintage condition. No damage, no signs of wear, no odors. Fabulous!
