LOW COMMITMENT, AMMONIA FREE*, MULTI-DIMENSIONAL HAIR COLOR FOR CLIENTS THAT LIKE TO CHANGE THEIR TONE MORE REGULARLY. *COLOR TOUCH, COLOR TOUCH SUNLIGHTS (EXCEPT SUNLIGHT/0) AND COLOR TOUCH RELIGHTS. Always mix Color Touch with Color Touch Emulsion 1.9% or 4%. Mix at a ratio of 1:2, e.g. 30 g Cream + 60 g Emulsion. FIRST TIME / FULL HEAD APPLICATION: Wear suitable gloves. Apply with brush and bowl. For a more efficient application, we recommend using the applicator bottle. Apply Color Touch mix to pre-shampooed, towel-dried hair – evenly from roots to ends. DEVELOPMENT TIMES: Without heat – 20 minutes (or 15 minutes after a perm or straightening service) With added heat (e.g. Climazon) – 15 minutes (or 10 minutes after a perm or straightening service) If needed, the development time can be extended by 5 minutes. |

United Kingdom
We expect to despatch all orders within one working day, all items are sent out with 2nd class postage which does not have a tracking number which takes 3-5 working days, items over the value of £40 are sent out tracked.
Special Delivery to UK
Special Delivery Royal Mail delivery is only available to Mainland UK for orders placed prior to the specified cut off time. Royal Mail deliveries within 48 Hours for orders placed by 6pm Monday - Friday and before 12pm on Sunday. If you live in areas of the United Kingdom such as the Highlands, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands please expect the usual delays.
Please note Hairbeauty1wholesale2019 will only consider claims for lost items sent to the UK by post 2-5 working days after despatch.
Delivery to European Union Countries & ROW
We expect to despatch all orders within one working days. Deliveries to all EU Member States (excluding UK, France, Denmark and Germany) will be with standard international post which does not have tracking option and can take 3-10 working days.we also provide tracked postage option, ROW deliveries can take 5-14 working days again with standard international post, we also provide a tracked postage option.
Some of our products are classed as dangerous goods by IATA. This will impact our ability to deliver to certain destination and can only be sent out to UK destinations using 2nd class delivery which does not have a tracking number.
All estimated delivery times could be affected should your parcel be very heavy or if delayed by Customs entry procedures.
You may be asked to pay customs or VAT charges if your order passes through your local customs office. Haircareclearence will not refund these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or the costs applicable as these vary from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office to find out more about any possible charges you may be required to pay.
