Blueberry Pet Small Orange Padded Dog Harness Reflective (Chest 16"- 21")

Note: purchased this for our Shih Tzu(approx. 19lbs) and it was too small. The tag says 16" - 21" chest girth and he fell into that range. Probably best for low end of that range or smaller.
