This listing is for an L.E.D. upgrade kit for YOUR cluster.

YOU ARE NOT BUYING A INSTRUMENT CLUSTER

If your cluster looks like the one in the picture this kit will work for you.
2007-2014 Avalanche, Denali, Sierra, Silverado, Suburban, Tahoe, Yukon, Yukon XL

This L.E.D. upgrade kit consists of enough l.e.d's to upgrade the backlighting of your cluster for the gauges and the needles.

Soldering skills are required for this kit.

These l.e.d's are fully dimmable.

These l.e.d's bulbs are backed by a Forever Warranty.

They will never flicker or burn out.

The overlay/gauge face in the 07-14 Chevy trucks does not have a blue film on it so you do not need to sand it. Simply solder the new bulbs in and assemble it.

This kit is available in:

Pure Blue
Ultra Bright White
Golden Yellow
Passionate Pink
Ultra Violet Purple
Ice Blue
Ruby Red
Emerald Green
Rainbow
Burst                                       (Burst looks better with a white overlay)
Red, White, and Blue

I also have L.E.D. kits available to upgrade your steering wheel controls, headlight and 4x4 switches, door switches, HVAC (heater and A.C.), traction control, fog light, 4x4 selector switch, etc.,

Contact me if you want to buy additional upgrade kits, or if you would like a custom color scheme.

Installation tips:

One corner of the led has a small notch removed, use this as a reference.
The notch will need to be facing the same direction as the led that you removed.

The OEM led's are attached with 4 pads on the circuit board. The new led's only need to be soldered to 2 of those pads.

DO NOT USE SOLDER AND FLUX YOU GOT IN THE PLUMBING SECTION OF YOUR LOCAL STORE!
That solder is not electrically conductive. Use solder made for electrical work.

I use this and it can be purchased on Amazon:
Kester 24-6337-0027 Solder Roll, Core Size 66, 63/37 Alloy, 0.031" Diameter

ALWAYS USE FLUX!!!

This is the flux that I use, and it can also be purchased on Amazon:
AMTECH NC-559-V2-TF no-clean tacky solder flux (ROL0) 10cc kit USA 16150K

(There are videos on Youtube that will walk you through removal of the cluster and led installation.)

DO NOT SOLDER ON A LIVE CIRCUIT BOARD

Installation instructions:

REPLACE ONE LED AT A TIME!

DO NOT REMOVE ALL LEDS AT ONCE!
(You'll end up having to send your cluster to me and paying me $200 + shipping to finish your job.)

Grab a marker.
Remove cluster, take cluster apart.
Plug cluster in and turn lights on in truck, identify which l.e.d's are backlighting l.e.d's.
Note the orientation of the notch on the stock led before removing it.
Remove one OEM l.e.d.
Get your multi-meter out and set it to DC Volts.
Plug the cluster in and check two pads looking for voltage, if no voltage on the two that you tested test the other two.
Identify and label the pads that are supplying voltage.
Label positive and negative.
Unplug the cluster
Flux the pads
Solder the new l.e.d in place.
Plug the cluster in to test it.
Repeat until done.

Note:
The l.e.d.s that illuminate the needles are right up next to the stepper motor rod and only have 2 pads on the circuit board.
These will be easy, you don't need to test them with the volt-meter, simply install your led with the corner notch facing the same direction that the OEM notch was facing.
