OnePlus 7T 5G McLaren - 256GB - Papaya Orange (T-Mobile) (Dual SIM). Can work on other providers too, I had an AT&T sim in the phone and it worked fine.
There are small cracks on the back of the phone at the bottom corner. This does not have any effect on the display or the front screen.
